Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will vary based on your location. Any customs or import duties imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
