Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it unused, with all original packaging and accessories, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Any returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including custom-built devices, digital goods, and personalized items. For any questions about the eligibility of your item, feel free to contact us.

Please note, we do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct product, we recommend returning the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
